Built a Google Sheets-based scoring system powered by Apps Script. The engine accepts dynamic point inputs per member, automatically recalculates total scores, and re-ranks participants on each update. A hard-coded rule keeps section leads (przewodniczący sekcji) pinned at the top regardless of score — reflecting organizational hierarchy.

Delivered a live-updating ranking system adopted by the entire club board (zarząd). Eliminated manual recalculation overhead, increased transparency across the organization, and established a replicable framework for performance-based member management in academic club structures.
